With Rush, you're able to close in on the enemy almost instantly and deliver a killing blow. Speed allows you to boost around the arena for short periods of time, while Power, well, makes you more powerful. The triple-set of options in Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny Federation vs. ZAFT II Plus should lend a small element of paper/rock/scissors to the mix.
